Goal 1
Goal 2
Student Achievement: Develop a rubric for assessment and effectiveness of:
- Implementation and delivery of K-5 ILA and Math resources.
- Alignment of Science and Math curricula and course offerings between PRM & KHS.
- Revising start and end times at PRM and KHS to provide staff flexibility and course offerings for 8th grade students for the 2025-2026 calendar year.
Goal 3
Student Experience and Retention: Enhance and bridge the connection for PRM students to KHS by way of:
- Creating a Freshman Academy for the 2025-2026 calendar year
- Implement an 8th Grade “Shadow Day” at KHS during Spirit Week.
- Develop an “8th Grade Week” for observation of KHS course offerings, function of day, showcase of sports & clubs, and operating building procedures
Goal 4
Communication: Expand community outreach by way of:
- Partnering with the recreational department in connecting K-12 sports and engagement and educational opportunities between athletic programs.
- Utilize K-12 co-curricular clubs in building and extending relationships with all community stakeholders, i.e. interactive engagements, newsletters, invitations to school events, etc.
