Pick Up Slip & Bus Pass Policies

To All Parents:

In order to avoid confusion and misrouting of students at dismissal time, we would like to clarify the dismissal note procedures.

Pink Pick up slips:
To be used for 1st and 2nd Grade pick ups at 3:20
To be used for all student pick ups prior to dismissal times

Green pick up slips
To be used for KED pick ups at 3:20
or when student is picked up during the KED program

Blue bus passes:
To be used for bus stop changes only
Bus changes are not authorized

Note from parents:
Should be used for all other circumstances,
i.e. After school program arrangements
Changes in permanent pick up arrangements

Permanent pick up notes can be issued upon written request.

Phone calls should be kept to a minimum especially between 3:00 and 3:30 when dismissal is in progress.

Pick Up Slips are avaliable from the Kiel School Office.
