Family Life Curriculum
Dear Parents,
The State of New Jersey has mandated instruction in Family Life on the elementary and secondary level. To comply with this mandate, an outline of the curriculum and list of instructional materials for your child's grade level avaliable upon request from the school.
The Kinnelon Board of Education has established a policy whereby the parent or guardian can request in writing that the child be excused, without penalty, from any part of the Family Life instruction that is in conflict with their conscience or sincerely held moral or religious beliefs.
The
complete curriculum and list of instructional materials are available
for review by contacting the building principal.
Please contact your child's principal if you wish to have him/her
exempt from the Family Life Course.
