Teaching Subjects: Kindergarten

Short Bio: The 2006-2007 school year marks Mrs. McKenna’s tenth year teaching Kindergarten and her fifth year in the Kinnelon School District. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in English from The College of New Jersey. After graduating from TCNJ, she was a substitute teacher for one year and then taught Kindergarten in Chatham and in Leonia before coming to Kinnelon. She holds certifications in both elementary education (K-8) and English (K-12). She also received a Master’s Degree in elementary education with a concentration in language arts from William Paterson University. Mrs. McKenna is married and has three children.
